Gail Holland était soit un employé d’Umbrella travaillant au Manoir Arklay soit un cobaye contaminé par le Virus-T. Il passa une radio au Laboratoire Arklay et elle servit à John Clemens pour cacher le mot de passe de l’ordinateur.
